Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
